• AM-6-6 Pneumatic Crimping Tool is fit for insulated and non-insulate cable end-sleeves 0.08-6.0mm2.
•The machine is driven by dual-action normal cylinder, which has advantages of high efficiency and quality in crimping force and speed.
•The traditional fixed mould is replaced by the hexagonal crimping mould, which may perform flexible crimp connection to tubular insulated terminals.
•The hexagon can be adjusted steplessly, the crimping range can be set freely within 0.08-6.0mm2.After crimping, the terminals look nice in square without any flash edge.
• Accessories: 1 die set; 1 foot air valve;2 air pipes.
1.Attach the cable end-sleeves and the power cord together
2. Adjust the size of the nozzle according to the diameter of the cable end-sleeves you want to clamp(Increase caliber by twisting clockwise , decrease caliber by counterclockwise)
3. Clamp the cable end-sleeves with adjusted caliber.
